Ausruhen, fokusieren, analysieren, zur eigenen Mitte wieder finden, ausatmen und weiter geht's mit voller Kraft voraus!

Dizziness (In German it has two meanings: "a feeling you are about to fall" and "cheating" or "lying") also means something like being dishonest, living a lie - at least in a part of one's life.
