Verkaufsbedingungen
Sie wollen gerne ein Tagesbild von mir kaufen? Dann schreiben Sie mir eine Email und dann läuft der Verkauf folgender Maßen ab:
1. Alle Bilder stelle ich täglich ins Netz und sie werden dann erstmal 1 Woche lang bis zum 7.Tag um 20 Uhr (Ortszeit; Köln, Deutschland) angeboten. Sie kosten je 100 € (+ 7% MwSt) plus Versand.
2. Wer sich per Email (an:wistart@web.de) als Erster in diesem Zeitrahmen meldet, bekommt das Bild und erhält eine Email als Kaufbestätigung. Kontonummer und der genaue Betrag für den Versand wird darin mitgeteilt.
3. Überweisung des gesamten Betrags muss nach Erhalt der Kaufbestätigung innerhalb von 2 Wochen erfolgen. Erst nach dem Eingang des vollständigen Betrags wird das Bild innerhalb der nächsten 5 Werktagen zur Post gebracht.
4. Eine Email schicke ich an den Käufer, wenn das Bild verschickt worden ist. Es wäre schön, wenn Sie mir eine Email als Bestätigung über den Erhalt des Bildes zurückschicken würden.
5. Springt ein Käufer unerwartet ab, so werden die anderen Interessenten noch mal angeschrieben. Dann natürlich diejenigen, die als Zweiter sich gemeldet hatten. Immer nach dem Prinzip: „first come, first serve“.
6. Ich übernehme keinerlei Haftung für die in der Post verloren gegangenen Bilder. Ich werde keinen Ersatz dafür leisten oder den Betrag zurückerstatten. Auch wenn das Bild durch die Post beschädigt bei Ihnen ankommt, hafte ich nicht. Alle Bilder werden kurz vor der Versendung fotografiert. Falls doch etwas mit Bild passiert sein sollte, informieren Sie mich bitte.
7. Da ich im Umgang mit Blogs eine Anfängerin bin, hoffe ich auf die Ehrlichkeit und Verständnis meiner Mitmenschen und entschuldige mich hiermit für eventuelle Lücken in den Verkaufsbedingungen. Erst mit ein wenig Erfahrung werde ich diese füllen können. Ich möchte, dass Sie alle Freude mit meinem gemalten Tagebuch haben. Alle Käufer sollen sich mit dem erworbenen Bild und den ganzen Formalitäten rundum zufrieden sein.
8. Alle in diesem Blog abgebildeten Fotos, Grafiken, Gemälde und Texte sind urheberrechtlich geschützt. Für eine Weiterverwendung muss eine Erlaubnis eingeholt werden. Da alle Rechte der gemalten Tagesbilder bei der Künstlerin Leslie Wist bleiben, können Motive der Tagesbilder z.B. in anderen Bildern von ihr verwendet oder in größeren Formaten gemalt werden. Für den Inhalt verlinkter Webseiten wird keine Verantwortung übernommen

Terms of Sale
You would like to buy one of my daily paintings? Then write me an email and the sale will proceed as described in the terms of sale:
1. All paintings will be placed in the web on a daily basis and at first they will be offered for the following week until 8 pm of the 7th day (local time; Cologne, Germany). They each cost 100€ (+ 7% MwSt) plus shipment.
2. Whoever makes the first contact via email (wistart@web.de) during this time period, will get an email as a confirmation of purchase. The bank account number and the exact amount for shipment will be disclosed.
3. The credit transfer of the complete sales price has to occur within 2 weeks after receiving the confirmation of purchase. Only after the full amount has been received, will the painting be sent by mail within the following 5 workdays.
4. I will send an email to the buyer as soon as the package is on ist way. It would be kind of you, if you would send me an email confirming the arrival of the painting.
5. If a buyer unexpectedly withdraws from the purchase, then the others will again have the opportunity to buy that painting. Then of course the person, who was second in line. The motto is: first come, first serve.
6. I assume no liability for paintings which were lost during mailing. I will not come up for replacement and I will not reemburse the amount. If the painting is damaged during mailing when you receive it, it is not my liability. All paintings will be photographed right before I mail them. In case something does happen to the painting during the mailing time, please inform me.
7. Since I am a beginner regarding blogs, I hope for the honesty and understanding from everyone and apologise for possible gaps in my terms of sales. Only after having obtained some experience, will I be able to fill these gaps with time. I want you to enjoy my painted journal. I want all buyers to be content with the painting they have purchased and with all of the formalities that go along with it.
8. All photographs, graphics, paintings and texts on this blog are protected by copyright www.lesliewist.de. For further use a permission has to be obtained. Since all copyrights of the daily paintings belong to the artist Leslie Wist, images of these daily paintings can be used by her, for example, in other paintings of or be painted in larger formats. Leslie Wist is not responsible for any contents linked or referred to from these pages. In this case their operator is responsible for the contents of these external links.
