Nr 120-4 Gedankenflut 2011 20 x 20 cm auf Leinwand Acryl, Bleistift
Heute was zur Technik: Hier habe ich die Figur etwas transparenter gelassen, die Acrylfarbe mit einem glänzendem Medium gemischt, damit man die Schrift lesen kann, die sie verdeckt. Schräg von der Seite betrachtet glänzt nur die Figur und der Hintergrund ist matt gehalten.

Today a few words about the technique: Here I have left the figure more transparent by mixing the acrylics with a glossy medium, so the letters can be read, which the figure is covering. Looking at the painting at an angle, only the figure is shiney and the background is matt.

So, hier ist die dritte Variation. Diesmal habe ich Ölkreiden benutzt, um freier arbeiten zu können. Im Ausschnitt kann man das besser sehen.

Ich habe das letzte Bild variiert - wie man sieht. Die Zeichnung wollte ich noch mehr hervorbringen und die Art des Farbauftrags verändern. So, gefällt mir das Bild besser, aber ich werde sie, glaube ich, nochmal malen.

I painted or drew the last daily again - as one can see. I wanted to emphasise the drawing a bit more and change the way of applicating the acrylics. This way, I like the painting better, but I think I will give it another try.

Nr. 117-1 Sieben 2011 20 x 20 cm auf Leinwand Acryl, Bleistift
So, jetzt fängt wieder was Neues an (deswegen die 1 hinter 117). Die Farben im Hintergrund sind in natura viel intensiver: gelblicher mit Neonpink. Die Linien habe ich zart gelassen, nur bei der Figur nicht.

So, now something new is beginning (that's why there's a 1 behind 117). The colours in the background are a lot more intense in reality: yellower with neonpink. I left the lines delicate, just those of the figure are more pronounced.

So, da bin ich wieder. Wahrscheinlich werde ich nächste Woche nicht täglich mit meinen Blog-bildern weitermachen können, aber es geht auf jeden Fall weiter.
